We only share your information with prospective employers and the authorities involved in your placement, and only with your knowledge. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (such as our email provider) under strict confidentiality.
Your data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised members of our recruitment team. We retain application data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Specifically, where an application is unsuccessful, supporting documents are securely deleted within a short period. Where a placement proceeds, we retain records as required to support your employment and to comply with legal obligations, after which data is securely deleted.
In line with GDPR, we process your data on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a placement arrangement, and with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw your application and ask us to stop processing your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
