You will need a CV or résumé, copies of your professional certificates or qualifications, a valid passport or national ID, and a recent passport-sized photograph. You can upload these directly when you apply.

No. Your European employer covers your flight and accommodation as part of your relocation package. This is one of the key benefits of being placed through Meridian.

Once you are accepted, a one-time $60 security deposit activates your placement process. It is fully refundable if we are unable to place you within 6 months. It simply confirms your commitment and covers your background and document verification.

Your visa application fee is paid directly at the embassy during your visa appointment, never to Meridian. Part of your visa costs are also supported by your employer.

Yes, one. After you have safely arrived in Europe and started working, a one-time placement success fee of $600 is payable to Meridian from your first salary. You only ever pay this once you are employed and earning. There are no hidden charges.
